Fun (?) in Hurst
To the editor: Fort Worth City Councilman Donavan Wheatfall was stopped and ticketed for failing to have proof of insurance (“The Big [Fuzzy] Picture,” May 18, 2005). He complained about being stopped. Oh, yeah, his car was registered in Hurst.
If Councilman Wheatfall had been stopped instead in Hurst, without proof of insurance, then the police there would have impounded and towed his car. How much more fun that would have been!
