Summer Vacation
The artists currently on display in the Fort Worth Public Library’s Central Branch have one thing in common: They all participated in Fort Worth ISD’s Art on Site in Schools program, which places work by local artists in grade schools to stimulate students. The works are in various media from animal stencils to Lego sculptures. One other note: Derrick Saunders’ Clown Brains was given its name by the students at Westcreek Elementary. That’s twisted. We like it.
