Allison Hester
The Art Corridor’s current show deals with concrete objects that retain an air of mystery. Allison Hester’s sculptures use soft fabrics to make animal shapes, while Christian Clark’s drawings evoke his childhood, and Mary Emma Kruse’s paintings use obscured images of black children. Greg Bahr and Ryder Richards are also represented in the show.
Nearly Narrative, thru Aug 8. The Art Corridor, TCC Southeast, 2100 SE Pkwy, Arlington. 817-515-3522.
